Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods (you will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order):

  • Credit or debit card
  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal

All transactions are protected by encrypted systems to ensure your data stays safe and confidential.

Preorder Policy

Some of our products are made fresh to order, which means they are produced only after a customer places an order. This allows us to ensure maximum freshness, reduce food waste, and avoid storing large quantities of ready-made stock.

How Preorders Work

• When you place a preorder, your item is added to our production queue.
• Production time is usually 2–4 working days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched immediately.

Preorders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. This secures your place in the production batch.

Delivery

• Estimated dispatch time is listed on each preorder product page.
• If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, everything will be shipped together once the preorder item is ready.
• You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.

 

Changes & Cancellations

• You may cancel a preorder within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After 24 hours, production may have already started, therefore cancellations may not be possible.
• If you need to make changes to your delivery information, contact us as soon as possible.

 

Returns

Because preorder items are made fresh to order, returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the issue.
